What Works:
    * acts like a keyboard and mouse
    * uses Windows as host with C# app

What Does Not Work:
    * status reports
      * keyboard does not seem to be receiving the LED statuses from the Raspberry Pi, not sure who is at fault here
      * connection and disconnection events might not be firing, but I think they are
      * the interrupt endpoints cannot be read by the C# app for some reason, so no status updates are possible
        * cannot even do control transfers, I don't know why
